I decided to start blogging about Jordan from the moment I found out I was pregnant. Jordan was born with a little arm that didn't grow like most babies. Her left arm stopped just above the elbow. Now I'm committed to making sure Jordan gets everything out of life. We feel blessed to be the parents of a very special little girl.

Special Daddy Moment

Jordan needed to cross the parking lot with her dad tonight. So her dad asked her to hold his hand... She immediately lifted up her LEFT hand.

LEFT.

So he held onto her prosthetic hand and walked to the car together.

Wow.

Those are such great moments. Annabelle had one yesterday--she put her left hand in her new brother's hand to touch him. These little girls are amazing!

Kendall will let her "boyfriend" hold her little arm when we go to church. She doesn't let many people do that, so it is amazing to watch her just let her little "love" love on her arm. It is great to know that we both have obstinate girls who will not let anyone hold them back.
